FAQs
This depends on the complexity and novelty of the request. The average turnaround time is two business days.
If you are a first-time customer, after your initial payment, we conduct an onboarding session. This is typically executed within 1 working day of payment. The onboarding session lasts about 45 to 60 minutes. Get started by booking a call through our calendar.
Yes we can. You'll need to provide us with your user flows. Please book a call to discuss details of your project.
You need to provide us your concepts as sketches or wireframes that represent the interface you would like to implement. We accept most common digital images (svg, png, jpg). You can also provide us with wireframes in Figjam or Figma.
We develop wireframes from user flows, convert wireframes into mockups and create interactive clickable prototypes from wireframes and mockups. Important: We need clearly defined user flows. For us to implement a clickable prototype we need a well defined user flow. In some cases, we can work with you during working meetings to help to define these user flows. This is how we use the various terms:
Wireframe: A low-fidelity representation of a product's interface. It is typically created using simple shapes and lines to represent the layout of the various screens. Wireframes are generally grayscale or monochrome, they avoid dictating colors, styles or typefaces. We use wireframes to communicate the structure of a product's interface to stakeholders and to get early feedback.
Mockup: A mockup is a static representation of a product's interface. It is typically created using a high-fidelity design tool (we use Figma). Mockups are used to communicate the look and feel of a product to stakeholders and to get feedback on the design.
Prototype: A prototype is an interactive simulation of a digital product. It can be used to test the functionality of a product and to get feedback from users about how it works. We can do both low-fidelity prototypes based on wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes based on mockups.
We use Figma to create our mockups and prototypes. Get started by booking a call through our calendar.
Based on their primary purpose and the level of detail they convey, we categorise prototypes as functional, visual or conceptual.
Functional prototypes focus on testing the core functionality, workflows, and user interactions of a product. They can range in fidelity from low-fidelity (paper sketches, wireframes) to high-fidelity (interactive prototypes that closely resemble the final product). The main goal is to validate the core functionality and identify any usability issues early in the development process.
Visual prototypes are primarily concerned with the visual design, layout, and branding of a product. They are typically high-fidelity, showcasing the intended visual appearance of the final product. The focus is on gathering feedback on aesthetics, branding, and overall user
Conceptual prototypes are used to explore early ideas, generate discussion, and test initial concepts. They are usually low-fidelity, often conveyed through sketches, diagrams, or storyboards. The main objective is to gather feedback on the core concepts and explore potential directions for the product before investing time and resources into more detailed development.
Low-fidelity prototypes are less detailed, typically created by combining wireframes. They are ideal for early exploration and quick feedback.
High-fidelity prototypes are more polished, resembling the final product closely and are used for detailed testing and refinement before actual development.
The choice between low and high fidelity depends on the specific goals of the prototyping activity.
